Payment Processing
For In Stock items, payment will be processed when item(s) have been purchased. For Made-to-Order items: Once we receive your order please allow up to 1 week for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). Made-to-Order/Pre-Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return/refund. All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Some items are made to order/pre-order, we have to ensure all payments are successful prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed and package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc., has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
Shipping & Fulfillment
In Stock items estimated to ship within 1-2 business days. Made-to-Order items are expected to be completed in an estimated 3-4 weeks with an additional estimated 3-7 days shipping delivery in the USA depending on your location. International shipping will take longer for package delivery and JE PHILIPPE is not responsible for Customs/Duty fee(s). If you purchase a Made-to-Order/Pre-Order item, you understand the estimated delivery timeframe above. We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. Please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. JE PHILIPPE is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.Please reach out to the applicable carrier messaged in your email/text confirmation for further assistance. JE PHILIPPE shall not be liable for failure to ship or deliver the items by the estimated delivery dates, and the Customer shall not be entitled to any refunds or cancellation of orders as a result of delayed shipment. Upon delivery of the items to the applicable carrier, the risk of loss or damage shifts to the Customer.  Delivery is deemed complete and title to the items passes to the Customer upon acceptance of the shipment by a common carrier. 

Made to Order / Pre-Order Status
- Made to Order / Pre-Orders all have ESTIMATES for their shipping time frames on their product page, but more current updates can be found on the Made-to-Order Updates page to get a better idea of when your item will ship.

- Delays are unfortunately common and the estimate is only that there is no guarantee on when a made to order/pre-order item(s) will ship. If you don't want to wait for a made-to-order/pre-order item, then please do not purchase any item listed as such.

Returns

Returns Policy Direct Link

JE PHILIPPE currently allows returns within 14 days of the order delivery date (for in-stock items, see below for Made-to-Order/Pre-Sale items). All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed including all original packaging, and must also include the order number and customer contact information. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak periods. A full refund will be issued upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days following processing for the refund to appear on your bank statement. 

If JE PHILIPPE determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the item(s) will be returned to you.

Made-to-Order/Pre-Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return/refund.

Estimated shipping timeframe for Made-to-Order/Pre-Sale items are 3-4 weeks, please consider this prior to ordering.

JE PHILIPPE shall not be liable for failure to ship or deliver the items by the estimated shipping/delivery dates, and the Customer shall not be entitled to any refunds or cancellation of orders as a result of delayed shipment.
